Wednesday September 12th – Stableford

The club’s 18 hole Stableford competition round was played in good conditions.  The greens were playing very true but quite quickly so players had to be careful when making a long putt.  The fairways were greening up nicely and, while there were still a few bare patches here and there, new growth was poking through.   It was a perfect morning for golf and the beautiful conditions encouraging more players to come for the 18-hole competition or to enjoy a relaxed, social round of 12 holes.
