Saturday January 20th – Ambrose

Players teed off under clears skies with a gentle wind from the North of around 25Kph.  The recent rains and warmer weather had seen tremendous growth across the whole of Romsey Park and the club’s volunteers had been hard pressed to keep it under control.  All fairways had tremendous santa ana couch cover and the greens were almost back to their best.  The teams enjoyed a relaxed round but the odd friendly competition between players kept  everyone on their toes.  On another top day to be out on the course the results were;

1st; Simon Donovan/Sean Scales/Davey Kenney/Zac Scales – 69/11.5/57.5

2nd;  Andrew CLement/Chris vanDerVliet/Dylan Harris/Toby Clement – 66/8/58

3rd; Roger Baker/Luke Lyons/Scott Williams/Darlene Baker – 66/7.75/58.25
