Saturday August 6th – 4B Multiplier Stableford

The field assembled under overcast skies which cleared early in the round.  Again, rain and heavy fews during the week had kept the course soft so no run on the fairways and balls stopped dead if they landed short of the greens.  The day remained sunny and fairly still until the final few holes when rain fell catching the final groups. as they headed towards the rooms.  On a cool, slightly wet afternoon the results were;

1st; Mick Squire (5)/Mitch Atlas (7) – 67 pts

2nd; Steve Wilkins (18)/John Freestone (26) – 63 pts

NTPs; 1st – Steve Wilkins, 15th – Luke Lyons, 16th – Toby Clement
