Wednesday September 4th – Stableford

The wind was blowing a gale, pushing up into the 50sKph, for the Stableford round. Balls were moving on the green at times and at other times the gusts were enough to whip the club off line in your backswing!  The greens were in great condition and there was added run on fairways especially if the wind was coming from behind.  Scoring was tricky with the best of the day being 31 Stableford points.  Daily results were;

2nd.    Darlene Baker (17) – 31 pts
3rd.     Steve Wilkins (15) – 30 pts   c/b  Jenny Hartley (25) – 30 pts
