Wednesday October 26th – October Medal, stroke & putts

Six hardy golfers took to the course to play a Stroke round, for the women that included the Monthly Medal event for October.
The greens were good, so good in fact that Jenny Hartley won the least puttsfor the round with a total of 26 putts, well done Jenny. The rest of the course was extremely wet underfoot which made scoring difficult for most players.
Darlene Baker claimed nearest the pin on the 3rd with Steve Wilkins NTP on the 15th, Steve played consistently good golf considering the conditions to take out the honours for the day.
