Saturday June 8th – Ambrose

Another cool, early winter’s day, a variety of age group inter-league matches on the oval so plenty of people around the place.  The Ambrose competition, two player, got under way with threatening skies but apart from a spot of drizzle during the early holes the round was played under reasonable conditions.   The wind “floated” between SSE and SSW but really did not affect play all that much.  On a cool, early winter’s day the results were;

1st;  Andrew Clement/Mick Squire – 69/3.75/65.25

2nd; Mal Mottram/Logan Colley –  78/11.75/66.25

3rd; Scott Williams/Anthony Lakey/Andrew Laing –  – 78/9.66/68.34
