Saturday December 31st – Stableford

A very strong field turned out for the club’s final event of 2022, Stableford.   The club welcomed new member Travis Thorogood for his first competition round.   Conditions were again excellent with well covered fairways and true greens.  The early start saw much of the round completed before the heat hit at about 1.30pm. Fortunately, the motion activated sprinklers on the greens and an intermittent wind from N/NW helped keep everyone cool.   On another beautiful, sunny summers day the results were;

1st; John Freestone (26) – 40pts

2nd; Mick Squire (4) – 37 pts C/B

3rd; Mick Nicholls Snr (26) – 37pts C/B Rob Slade

NTPs; 1st – Mick Nicholls Jnr, 15th – Mitch Clement & 16th – Andrew Clement.
