Saturday August 30th – August Medal, stoke & putts

After a few days of almost spring weather the August Medal was played under the coldest and wettest conditions of the year so far.   Rain from early Wednesday until early morning Saturday and freezing  conditions overnight ensured the course was generally soft and very wet in any low lying area.  There was a  SW wind of ~40Kph with gusts well above that speed however, it began to die down to ~25Kph around mid round.
