Green Fees

There will not be a refund if a green fees golfer is unable to play/complete their round.

Playing A Round– There are QR Green Fees codes on at least four tees – So, No Excuses.

All players should be able to produce the correct paper (the white slip stapled to the brown envelope), or digital receipt on a phone/iPad, to show they have paid Green Fees

$20.00 – Individual – ALL DAY 

• Juniors (12 to 18yrs)

 $5.00 ALL DAY

• Younger children

Children U12 (accompanied by an adult) may play for free.

• Golf After 4.00 pm: 

$10.00 (adults) 

Score cards and green fees’ envelopes including carbon paper receipts are available at the 1st tee.

Tired of waiting to get on course? Well, wait no more.  At Romsey,  9 times out of 10, you will be able to walk up to the 1st tee, pay your green fees and hit off.   Fairway, surrounds and greens are in excellent condition.

Saturdays – Club competition –  limited availability between 10.30 – 3.30 pm Please phone to check.

Wednesdays – Club competition –  limited availability between 9.30 – 1.30 pm Please phone to check. For current and future competitions please scroll down.

Course Marshals will be on course checking players’ green fees  receipts – paper from the “Green Fees” box or digital so make sure you have your phone with you.   Without a valid “Green Fees” receipt (paper or digital) you will not be covered by the club’s public liability policy and you will be totally responsible for any damage to an individual and/or their property.

Carts: All carts  are asked to stay well clear of all greens and surrounds  Green Fees players, if you are unsure about using a cart, please check when you book.

Heat; If,  at 4.00 pm on the day before a round, the weatherzone site for Romsey, predicts conditions between 10.00  am and 2.00 am (Wednesdays) or 12.00pm & 4.00 pm (Saturdays) of 33ºC  or above then hit-off will be at 8.30am.    

Rain; If, at 4.00 pm on the day before a round, the weatherzone site for Romsey predicts a 70% or higher chance of 10mm or more of rain in the  morning (Wed competition) or late morning and afternoon (Sat competition) then, hit-off will be at 8.30am.

If there is to be an early start for Wednesday’s or Saturday’s round members will be informed by text and/or Email by 4.00pm on Friday
