The June Medal began on a sunny (warm if you were out of the shade) morning.  There was still plenty of melting frost on the course with footprints and buggy wheel marks clearly showing where others in the field had been.  Some wobbled down the fairway to the green while others took a much more circuitous route to the cup. Only one player was table to take advantage of the good weather and, considering the difficulty of the course,  post an excellent score.  On a challenging morning the results were;

Winner; Kath Jekabsons – 104/29/75 from Lorraine Robb  -0 118/33/85.

Least Putts; Kath Jekabsons – 29.

Men’s Stableford; Bruce Robb (30) – 29 pts
